  Taking Education to the Rural Poor - Schools in 4 areas
  Shriram runs Govt recognised schools for the children in identified High risk areas with a history of resettlement problems and high drop out rates in schools. Multiple support systems are made available to the families of the children enrolled in the school, in the form of Medical camps, Counselling services and sponsorships for continuing education. Approximately 2,500 children benefit through these schools.

Pallikaranai: The School with a present strength of 400, is on
a stage of expansion to provide classes for all of these children, upto 8th standard, with medium of English both English and Tamil. Partners in this expansion project are the Lions Club of Southgate in London.
  Thiruneermalai: The school built
in a calm rural milieu, with a scenic backdrop, provides quality education to over 1000 children of stone quarry workers in that area, upto Class VIII.

Moovarasanpet: This Primary school primarily caters to a semi urban population of migrant and stone quarry workers. The children enjoy the encouragement and co operation of the community where the school is situated. There are more than 350 children studying in the school awaiting the next stage of expansion and growth.

Nulakapet, Guntur District: Shriram Matriculation School located on the Guntur Vijayawada connect, has over 500 children studying in classes
I to V. Committed teachers interested
 

in the welfare of children take extra
care to ensure that every child in the community is made aware of the importance of education and try to
