These Terms and Conditions form the basis of "Shriram One Rewards", the customer loyalty program from Shriram Finance Limited, hereinto referred to as "Shriram One Rewards." They apply to the relationship between you (being a Member {or} prospective Member) of "Shriram One Rewards", and terms such as 'you' and 'your(s)' shall be construed accordingly) and us, and are intended to protect both you and us. It is your responsibility to read and understand them before you start participating in 'Shriram One Rewards'. They contain very important information about your rights and obligations, as well as trust, limitations and exclusions that may apply. Some of the clauses may be related to other clauses, and therefore we recommend that no clause be read in isolation. Signing the enrolment form for the Shriram One Rewards program is an acceptance of these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of their publication and may be changed / modified by us at any time.
Membership Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (also referred as T&C) set out the contractual relationship between Shriram Finance Ltd. (SFL) and each individual Member of "Shriram One Rewards".
Confidentiality
SFL will endeavor to keep your information confidential but may provide such information to any agency or third party service provider under a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA"), to maintain complete confidentiality of such information. SFL will use your personal data only to provide them information relating to products and services offered. You agree that SFL, as it may deem appropriate and necessary, shall be entitled to disclose all or any of the information/data/documents to Credit Information Bureau of India Limited (CIBIL) or any other Credit Bureaus / agencies authorized in this behalf by RBI or any statutory authority.
General
- This SHRIRAM ONE REWARDS Membership Program is operated and issued by Shriram Finance Limited (SFL) to give its customers exclusive rewards and privileges based on specified transactions with/through SFL.
- By applying and enrolling as a Member of the SHRIRAM ONE REWARDS Program, you agree to comply with this Membership Program terms and conditions.
- To be eligible for SHRIRAM ONE REWARDS Membership Program, you must be a permanent resident of India and above the age of 18 years.
- As part of the online registration process, Shriram Finance Limited may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and information about the pages on the site and App you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such Web and App browsing information.
- This information and any other personal information that SFL collects in connection with the Membership Program, will be handled in accordance with it's privacy policy. You shall provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. SFL reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.
- Upon becoming SHRIRAM ONE REWARDS Member, your mobile number will be your Membership ID and account number.
- As a Member of SHRIRAM ONE REWARDS Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing and other communications from SFL.
1.1 Eligibility
You will be eligible for "Shriram One Rewards" if you are on-boarded on "Shriram One" App. You are eligible to participate in this program only if you are 18 Years of age and above.
Points Earning and Redemption
"Shriram One Rewards" identifies specific transactions and customer behaviours on the "Shriram One" App and rewards the same with Reward Points.
"Shriram One Reward" also rewards customers with vouchers on completion of specific transactions.
The Reward Points earned by Members can be redeemed through "Shriram One" App as per options available from time to time.
In case of gifts and voucher redemptions, a catalog of the same will be available for you in the Shriram One Rewards brochure and you can redeem your points and choose the products and vouchers to purchase.
Redemption through the catalogue is subject to standard and specified terms and conditions mentioned by respective retailers. Coupons/vouchers are issued on behalf of respective retailers. Hence, any damages, injuries, losses incurred by You as a result of using the coupon/voucher is not the responsibility of Shriram Finance Limited or its affiliates.
Where the rewards are in the nature of coupons/vouchers, you may contact the partner offering the coupon/voucher for any customer support or queries.
Shriram Finance Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage or any personal injury, whatsoever that may be suffered by a member directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/ services under coupons/vouchers.
Any images displayed on the "Shriram One" App for coupons/vouchers or in the catalogue are for illustrative purposes only. Characteristics of actual product/ services may vary.
Reward Points are not transferable under any circumstances. Products/services once redeemed cannot be reversed under any circumstances. Reward Points will not be paid to members as cash under any circumstances.
You agree to the right of Shriram Finance Limited to modify the validity period of the Reward points.
Currently each reward point is equal to ₹0.25 and may vary from time to time Shriram Finance Limited reserves its right to modify the Value of Reward Points on a campaign to campaign basis.
You can redeem the reward points against bill payments, VAS services or on partner portal etc., through the Shriram One application. Shriram Finance Limited is entitled to modify the terms and conditions as per internal policies.
Computation of reward points as may be done by Shriram Finance Limited under the Program shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Member of "Shriram One Rewards" and shall not be liable to any dispute. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other authority or body established by law (central, state or local), which may arise or accrue to the Member of "Shriram One Rewards" by redemption of the reward points under the program, shall be the sole responsibilities of the member. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the goods/services shall be payable by the Member of "Shriram One Rewards".
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Shriram Finance Limited to continue the Program after the Program Termination Date or to substitute the Program by a similar or a new program.
1.2 You Agree and Confirm
That you will use the services provided by the program, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the program.
You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of You. Shriram Finance Limited reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by You at any point of time.
That You are accessing the services available on this program and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this program.
That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by You is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
That before placing an order You will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product You agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description
Shriram Finance Limited reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever to the Member of "Shriram One Rewards". Shriram Finance Limited also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by Shriram Finance Limited to continue the Program.
Shriram Finance Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of loyalty points, including the number of such loyalty points received in proportion to the user's activities.
Any disputes, differences and/or claims arising out of these presents shall be settled by arbitration to be held in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendments thereof and shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator to be nominated and appointed by SFL. In the event of death, refusal, neglect, inability or incapability of a person so appointed to act as an arbitrator, SFL may appoint a new arbitrator. The new Arbitrator so appointed shall proceed with the reference from the stage at which it was left by his / her predecessor. The award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the parties concerned. The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Mumbai. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. Any proceedings to be initiated in pursuance of this arbitration shall be instituted and held in the court at Mumbai only.
You hereby agree to receive communication about "Shriram One Rewards" through SMS, Call and WhatsApp, any communication from "Shriram One Rewards" shall be deemed given when deposited through SMS, WhatsApp, postage prepaid, addressed to you at the latest address shown on our records, you have most recently provided.
Shriram Finance Limited reserve the right to offer "Shriram One Rewards" to customer by choice based on its sole discretion. SFL retains its unequivocal right to reduce, remove and adjust against future earnings, points allocated to customers at its sole discretion which may or may not have been redeemed. you would have no recourse to question or challenge SFL's decision.
I have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions Governing "Shriram One Rewards" (which may be amended by Shriram Finance Limited from time to time).
I consent to all related disclosures. I agree and consent to the terms of Shriram Finance Limited.
