  • Select your bank or credit card from the list.

For users initiating their first UPI transaction, the limit for Android users is capped at Rs.5000 within a 24-hour period. For iOS users, it is capped at Rs.5000 every 24 hours up to a 72-hour period.

  • Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and confirm the UPI PIN again.

How can I link my bank account to Shriram One UPI?

To add a new bank account, kindly follow the below steps 

  • Click on the hamburger menu 
  • Navigate to payment settings > UPI Settings > Manage Payment Methods 
  • Click on “Add Bank Account” 
  • Select your bank from the banks listed below and continue 
  • Select bank account and continue 
  • Your bank account will be added

How to Check Your UPI Transaction Status on the Shriram One?

  • You should see a list of your recent UPI transactions, including their status (pending, successful, failed).

Check your bank statement 

  • UPI transactions typically reflect in your bank statement within 24 hours. 
  • Log in to your bank's online or mobile banking app. 
  • Navigate to your account statement and look for the relevant UPI transaction. 
  • The statement will show the transaction status, date, amount, beneficiary, and reference number.

How do I transfer money using Shriram One UPI?

Sending money 

  • Open the Shriram One app and navigate to the UPI section. 
  • Enter the recipient's mobile number, UPI ID or scan their QR code. 
  • Enter the amount you want to transfer. 
  • Enter your UPI PIN for authentication. 
  • Review the details and confirm the transaction. 

Receiving money

What should I do if my UPI transaction fails?

If your UPI transaction fails, here are some steps you can take: 

Check the reason for failure, Shriram One displays the reason for the failure for each transaction. Common reasons include incorrect UPI ID, insufficient balance, invalid PIN, or technical issues. 

Based on the reason for failure, you may take corrective action. For example, if it was an incorrect UPI ID, re-enter the correct one. If it was insufficient balance, add funds to your account. If it was an invalid PIN, reset your UPI PIN through the app. For assistance, you can also raise a request on the app

Why did my UPI Payment Fail?

There are several reasons why your UPI payment might have failed on Shriram One or on any other platform. Here are some common reasons:

  • Incorrect information: Entering the wrong UPI ID or selecting the wrong bank can lead to transaction failure. Double-check all details before confirming the payment. 
  • Insufficient balance: Ensure you have enough funds in your linked bank account to cover the transaction amount.
  • Transaction limit: There is a daily and monthly transaction UPI limit for individual transactions. Exceeding these limits can result in failure. 
  • Technical issues: Sometimes, network problems and server issues can cause transactions to fail. Try again later or use a different payment method if the issue persists. 
  • Security concerns: Banks can block transactions if they suspect fraudulent activity. If your transaction is flagged, contact your bank for clarification.

Are there any fees for using Shriram One UPI services?
